Day boat caught Cornish Brill straight from St. Ives where our fish supplier Celtic Fish and Game are based. The soft texture and delicate flavour of this fish are bought to life with the light tang of caper and lemon and decadence of melting butter. Served with a celeriac and potato gratin, some seasonal greens and a caper, lemon and parsley butter. 

This is followed up by our Blood Orange and Rhubarb Posset - if you've not tried this yet, you really must!
